Incorporating the natural world to soften a modern aesthetic
Natural elements and a mainly monochromatic palette complement the strongly contemporary elements in this home. Surrounded by the green Tivon hills, the client wanted a calm and quiet sanctuary that could also function as a shared space for her closeknit family to relax, read and play music together. The home has modern elements, but over-sized love seats, soft sofas, rounded furniture, richly textured wallpaper and natural soft materials all balance to ensure a more timeless and inviting design concept.
